Terms of Trade ~ please read before purchasing;

  1. I am not able to do holds, Afterpay is available online

  2. I am not able to accept returns for refunds unless the sale is greater than $50 in value AND my description is proven incorrect (e.g. sold as sterling silver and you have had it tested and it is not). Please read descriptions and view all photos carefully, and check your own sizing prior to purchase. I do not refund for a change of mind

  3. Refunds will not be available at all for any items sold for less than $50. Sale is final

  4. Please provide a FULL NAME AND ADDRESS INCLUDING POST CODE for all purchases via Instagram or online. A screenshot of payment is required to confirm Instagram sales, within FOUR hours of me sending my bank details, or the item will be considered available again. I will no longer chase payments, I do not have the time or energy to do so

  5. Payment is required at time of booking for all custom orders

  6. I am always happy to TRY and resell pieces sold by me for more than $50, for a 10% commission for my time. I’m also happy to TRY and sell your own treasures for you for a 30% commission. In both cases the items need to be posted to me first for assessment and new photos. Please package carefully and I recommend using tracked post. An estimate of sale price will be provided beforehand

  7. I am always happy to repair pieces sold by me, or of your own. Price and timeframe to do so depends on the piece and circumstances. If deemed my error not wear and tear I will cover the cost. Otherwise payment will be required in advance

  8. If you repeatedly ask numerous questions on low value items and do not follow through with purchases I will not engage further with you / answer any further questions. Please be considerate ~ this is a very low margin business and this is not a fair expectation, it is time wasting

  9. If you are creepy, abusive, rude, racist, homo or transphobic you will be blocked on Instagram
