Rare early 20th century 14K rolled gold (durable) Puritan pocket watch by Mignon Watch Co., a historical Swiss watch brand and trade name active from the late 19th century through the mid-20th century (circa 1890 to 1966)
Detailed, different engravings on each side, one of a Phoenix? and the other a blank (un-engraved) crest
One side pops open with a small lever (tweezers or similar) to a small pocket between the case and the watch workings (could fit a small picture or flat memento). The other opens to reveal the watch face by pressing on the dial at the top
Not working, or battery tested. Some fade to the gold ring at the top, likely due to being worn on a base metal chain
Comes with a new, adjustable 78cm fade-resistant gold tone stainless steel paper clip chain, with a gold filled lobster clasp that can be done up at any length
